Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with Giroom or your advertising campaign, you may be eligible to receive a refund. Please contact Support through our Contact Us page and explain why you are unsatisfied or email us at support@giroom.com. Giroom will evaluate refund inquiries for all reasonable requests (listed "Grounds for refund evaluation") for up to the last 30 days of receiving your request. We will provide a response to your request within 2 business days of its receipt. All refunds are issued in the form of an account credit.

Grounds for refund evaluation:

  • Invalid ad clicks and/or impressions


Not grounds for refund evaluation:

  • Ad not performing or drop off in clicks/impressions other than host site down
  • Ad statistics do not match third party analytics software
  • Advertiser's landing page is down
  • Advertiser misunderstanding about products, policies, or services
  • Advertiser did not pause network ad
